Note:
-Noble Fae attendees will be checking in at the same time as VIP (6:00pm) for dinner.
-Noble Fae attendees will be seated downstairs in the Ballroom for dinner.
-Noble Fae attendees will not receive a swag bag or a mini photoshoot with our photographers. But you will have access to our general admission Photo Booth for self service photos throughout the night.

Our 2025 venue is conveniently located in downtown Indianapolis, within the heart of the city’s convention, shopping, entertainment and business districts. Connected via skywalk to the Embassy Suites Hotel, Circle Centre, the Conrad Hotel, the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium, this unique Indianapolis venue specializes in ambiance, excellent service and an unforgettable atmosphere.

A Little About The Bookworm Ball, LLC…
Hello! My name is Lindsey, and I’m the creator and driving force behind the Bookworm Ball events. The idea for The Bookworm Ball, LLC, was born during my freshman year at Ball State University. Like many 19-year-olds, I found myself sitting in my dorm room, contemplating what I wanted to do with my life. After an hour of doom scrolling on BookTok (as one does), inspiration struck, and The Bookworm Ball was hatched!
I started this business with a vision: to build a community for myself and others, especially in modern-day Indiana, where connecting with fellow fantasy and book lovers can feel like a challenge. My goal was to create a space and event that would be inspiring, magical, and fun for everyone.
Fast forward three years, and what began as a daydream has turned into a fantastical reality. With two successful events under my belt and another on the horizon, The Bookworm Ball has grown into a celebration of all things bookish and whimsical. I’m thrilled to bring fantasy-inspired events to Indianapolis and look forward to continuing this journey for many years to come!
